These terms apply to every order placed on driveuptools.pro. Please read them before you order.

1. Who you are buying from

The seller is Intropeks OÜ, trading as DriveUpTools, a company registered in Estonia (registry code 11483898), registered office: Ehitajate tee 52-1, 12911 Tallinn, Estonia. UK VAT number: GB460353805.

2. Products and availability

We sell hydraulic trolley jacks and axle stands. Each product page shows whether the product is in stock. A product marked “Out of stock” cannot be ordered on the website.

Product photos and specifications are given as accurately as we can. Always read the instruction manual supplied with the product before use; manuals are also available on the Manuals page.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT. Delivery to our delivery area is free, so the price on the product page is the full amount you pay.

You pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on a secure payment page operated by our payment provider. We do not see or store your card details.

4. Your order

After you place an order we send an order confirmation to the email address you gave. Your order is confirmed once your payment has been received.

If we cannot supply a product you have paid for, we tell you as soon as possible and refund the payment in full.

5. Delivery

We deliver free of charge to England, Wales and mainland Scotland, normally within 3 working days. Full details, including the areas we do not deliver to, are on the Delivery page.

6. Your right to cancel and return

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. How to cancel, how to send the goods back, who pays for the return and when you get your money back is set out in Returns & Refunds.

7. Warranty and faulty goods

Every jack and every pair of stands comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If a fault appears, contact us with your order number and photos or a video of the problem. We arrange the return at our cost and repair or replace the product, or refund you.

The warranty is in addition to your legal rights as a consumer, which are not affected by these terms.

8. Safe use

A trolley jack is a lifting device, not a support. Never work under a vehicle that is held up by a jack alone: lower it onto axle stands rated for its weight. Do not exceed the rated capacity shown on the product.

9. Complaints

If you are unhappy with an order, write to info@driveuptools.pro. We reply within 24 hours on working days and try to resolve every complaint directly.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page on the day you place your order applies to that order.
