Cost and delivery time

Delivery is free on every order to England, Wales and mainland Scotland. Orders normally arrive within 3 working days after the order is placed and paid for.

There is no minimum order value and no delivery surcharge. The price you see on the product page is the full price you pay: it includes VAT and delivery.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in England, Wales and mainland Scotland.

We do not currently deliver website orders to:

• Northern Ireland
• Scottish Highlands and Islands
• Isle of Man
• Channel Islands

The checkout checks your postcode and tells you if it is outside our delivery area. If you are not sure, ask us before ordering.

Where orders are dispatched from

Our stock for UK customers is held in the United Kingdom. Orders are packed and dispatched from UK fulfilment centres through the Amazon fulfilment network and delivered by its delivery carriers. Because the goods are already in the UK, there are no customs charges and nothing to pay on delivery.

Orders are processed on working days. We do not offer same-day dispatch.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched we email you the tracking number and a link to follow the parcel.

If something is wrong with the delivery

If your order has not arrived within the delivery time, or it arrives damaged, email info@driveuptools.pro with your order number, or call +44 7950 405331 (Mon–Fri 9am–5pm (UK time)).
